To create a cohesive and memorable graduation exhibition, I led the development of digital and print marketing campaigns while contributing to the show’s creative direction, photography, merchandise, and promotional materials. Through collaborative planning and coordination, I aimed to build a unified visual identity and exhibition experience that reflected the graduating class.
IN PARALLEL GRAPHIC DESIGN BFA SENIOR SHOW
in Parallel was a Graphic Design BFA exhibition held at CSULB in May 2026. Created entirely by my Spring 2026 graduating cohort, the exhibition featured work from 23 designers, with students taking on every role in organizing and producing the show. The project required balancing individual creative perspectives with a unified exhibition identity, ensuring that the final direction felt cohesive while still allowing each designer ’s work to stand on its own.

We wanted to create an interactive way for people to discover our show's name. To do this, we created a custom word search featuring the title hidden among other relevant words, hung it up around campus, and captured a series of videos showcasing the experience leading up to the actual reveal.

MIXED MEDIA BEHIND
THE SCENES REEL
Returning to analog was a big theme of our exhibition. Inspired by this idea, I created a mixed-media video capturing moments of my cohort inside the graphic design studio from digicam videos. By printing out individual frames, scanning them, and hand-animating them, I translated the show’s core message directly into a culminating reel. I wanted to emphasize process, texture, and nostalgia.
